Attend
Receive your Therapeutic session at the studio — classical massage delivered to EMR standard.
Receive Receipt
After your session you receive a receipt with the details your insurer requires.
Submit
Send the receipt to your supplementary insurer. Reimbursement follows according to your plan.
Only the Therapeutic EMR treatment is insurance-eligible. All other treatments on the menu are not claimable.
The honest small print.
Most Swiss supplementary health insurers (Zusatzversicherung / Komplementärmedizin) recognise EMR-registered practitioners — including plans from providers such as Helsana, CSS, SWICA, Sanitas, and Visana. Coverage depends on your individual plan; a short call to your insurer confirms it.
Most supplementary plans cover a percentage of the session cost — commonly in the range of 50–90% up to an annual limit. Your policy documents state the exact rate and cap.
No. For EMR-recognised treatments under supplementary insurance, no doctor’s referral is required. You book, attend, and submit your receipt.
